The flag was adopted on May 12, 1966. The fly of the British Red ensign is charged with the shield of arms, granted on May 10, 1905. The shield displays the cross of St. George and a buffalo standing on a rock.
The flag is made of 100% polyester. They also have two brass grommets for easy attachment.
